A Norfolk Seal
The Norfolk seal can often be found in the waters around the North Norfolk coast. A colony is known to reside on Blakeney Point with boat trips being run from Blakeney Quay.

Windmills are located all over the county from the traditional, such as the on pictured which is situated at Cley Next Sea, to the modern wind turbines found at Swaffham EcoTech Centre.

A Red Sail on the Broads
The Broads are often the traditional landscape view pictured when talking of Norfolk. Flat land and open rivers for sailing. They lie to the East of Norwich and provide a perfect relaxing holiday destination.

Poppies can often be seen around the Norfolk countryside. The area around Cromer and Sheringham is referred to as Poppyland because of the opium poppies which were cultivated there in the past.

Norfolk Beaches range from beautiful pure sand to extensive streams pebbles. The beach of the Holkham is often used in films and music videos because of it's natural beauty.

Although none of them are active as in the past, Norfolk's harbours are still used by local fishermen on the look out for their catch of the day, sailors racing for fun with Wells-next-the-sea host to the Albatros.

With many active farms across the county, Hay Bales are often seen throughout the countryside at harvest time.
